1. Delivery Time

Customers acknowledge and agree that stated delivery times are estimates.

  • Our business days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3 – 5 business days
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 5 – 10 business days (standard shipping)
    • International: 7 – 15 business days (varies by destination)
  • Order Cut-off Time: We process all orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. (During Daylight Saving Time, the cut-off corresponds to GMT-06:00).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your destination and order total.

  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
    • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.

Note: A small percentage of international destinations may not offer full tracking visibility. Some shipments may experience extended delays of 20–25 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel.
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen.

4. Shipment Origin

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our international fulfillment partners.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors—such as weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or high-volume periods—may occasionally affect the delivery timeline. Please allow up to 20–25 business days for your order to arrive before contacting our support team for assistance.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Destination: We currently support shipping to a single destination per order.
  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States primarily via USPS.
  • APO/FPO: Deliveries to military addresses are not guaranteed, as not all carriers support these locations.

8. Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • International Orders: We do not collect international customs fees or VAT at checkout. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Consultation: VAT charges vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
